For me, if a woman had a habit of wearing sneakers and a hoodie anywhere with me except the gym, she would not be my type. People have their own perceptions, some boys may like girls wearing dresses and heels and the others would like sneakers and hoodies. It depends on the way the guy thinks, and what he expect from a girl. Some people like being tip top and all buttons up where some do like being clumsy, rather comfy. If it is colorfast you can try washing it in very hot water and drying it at the highest heat setting, but to the extent it does shrink it may shrink in ways you don’t want (e.g. lengthwise). Polyester has not been shown to cause cancer. Polyester fabric may have chemicals added to it that may cause cancer, but only if a bad company is doing it. I would recommend either a satin or silk pillowcase if you have type 4 hair. Satin or silk will not wick the moisture out of your hair the way that other fabrics can. The other thing that you can do is get a satin or silk scarf or bonnet, and then sleep on whatever type of pillow that you want!
